Field Services Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to join our growing service team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installing and servicing kitchen chimneys and hobs, ensuring high customer satisfaction through prompt, professional support.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform on-site installation of kitchen chimneys and hobs at customer premises.

Conduct routine maintenance, service, and repairs for installed units.

Provide technical assistance and educate customers on safe and proper usage.

Ensure installations comply with standard safety and brand protocols.

Maintain service records using mobile apps or service logs.

Handle customer complaints or escalations and resolve them efficiently.

Coordinate with the service center and regional office for spare parts or escalated technical support.

Follow up for feedback and satisfaction rating after job completion.

Adhere to daily schedules and complete assigned service tickets on time.

Required Qualifications:

Diploma/ITI in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or a relevant field.

13 years of hands-on experience in chimney and hob installations and servicing.

Experience with brands like Elica, Faber, Kaff, Glen, Hindware, etc., is a plus.

Familiar with basic wiring, ducting, gas connection, and mounting processes.

Ability to read installation manuals and follow technical instructions.

Other Requirements:

Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license.

Willing to travel extensively within assigned region.
