Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Services Engineer, located in Navi Mumbai. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing weighing systems and equipment. Key tasks include conducting troubleshooting, performing preventive maintenance, providing technical support, and ensuring timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries. The role involves frequent customer interactions to deliver high-quality service and support.
Qualifications
- Experience in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance for technical systems and equipment
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to diagnose and resolve issues effectively
- Exceptional Customer Service abilities to communicate clearly and build strong professional relationships
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to handle technical challenges
- Willingness to travel and work on-site at customer locations
- Degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering is preferred
- Prior experience in industrial or weighing systems is an advantage
