Qualification: ITI / Diploma Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical

Experience: 35 Years (Minimum 2+ years in CNC maintenance mandatory)

Hiring Service Engineer with experience in CNC machine maintenance to handle preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, customer technical support, PLC diagnostics, and field service operations across Telangana & Andhra Pradesh.

Preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance of CNC machines

Troubleshooting of CNC Turning, VMC, HMC, Grinding & SPM machines

Customer technical support & on-site service calls

PLC troubleshooting (Fanuc / Siemens systems)

Root cause analysis & corrective / preventive actions

Hydraulics, pneumatics & mechanical fault handling

Maintenance planning & execution

Assist sales team with technical inputs & site support

Service documentation & reporting

Strong knowledge of CNC machine maintenance

Fanuc & Siemens CNC system expertise

PLC troubleshooting knowledge

Hydraulics, pneumatics & mechanical systems

Customer handling & field service skills
