Field Service Technician

JOB Location: Middle East Countries, Brunei, Singapore and Malaysia

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues in a timely manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise and assistance.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-10 years of experience in field service or technical support roles.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently to client locations.
