Role Overview
Vivify Technocrats is looking for skilled and dedicated Field Service Technicians (FST) to support the service, maintenance, installation, and commissioning of advanced electronic security systems at Hyderabad Airport and other high-security customer locations. This is a mission-critical role requiring technical expertise, flexibility for shift-based work, and a strong commitment to system uptime and safety.
Work Location: Hyderabad Airport – Shamshabad (and customer sites across Hyderabad)

Key Responsibilities
Service & Maintenance
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of security systems including:
- X-Ray Baggage Inspection Systems
- Door Frame Metal Detectors (DFMD)
- Hand-Held Metal Detectors (HHMD)
- Other electronic security and surveillance systems
- Diagnose faults and carry out timely rectification
- Ensure maximum uptime and reliable performance of deployed equipment
Installation & Commissioning
- Execute installation, testing, and commissioning of security equipment
- Support system integration and functional validation
- Coordinate with OEMs and client teams during commissioning activities
Shift Operations
- Work in rotational day/night shifts at:
- Airport passenger terminals
- Cargo terminals
- High-security premises
- Provide on-site technical support during operational hours
Reporting & Documentation
- Record daily shift activities and service calls
- Submit service reports through prescribed formats/tools
- Maintain maintenance logs and service history records
Preventive Maintenance
- Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) as per OEM standards
- Ensure checklist compliance
- Recommend corrective actions for recurring technical issues
Working Time & Shift Schedule
- 24×7 operations, including Sundays and public holidays
- 3 rotational shifts per day (one shift per day as per duty roster)
- Working hours: 48 hours per week

- Second Round – Technical Interview (Google Meet)
- Final Round – Technical Interview (Zoom)
