Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi-NCR for a Field Service Technician. The Field Service Technician will perform the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electric scooters. Responsibilities also include carrying out routine diagnostics, ensuring support to existing clients, communicating effectively with customers, vehicle pilot test to potential customers, and collaborating with the technical and engineering teams to resolve vehicle-related issues. The technician will uphold safety standards and ensure excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of electric vehicles (two-wheelers)
• Knowledge of electric vehicle components and maintenance procedures
• Proficiency in using tools, equipment, and diagnostic software
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions
• Ability to document procedures and maintain accurate service records
• Flexibility for fieldwork and a readiness to adapt to a dynamic work environment
• Technical diploma or equivalent experience in EV service domain
