Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for a Field Service Technician. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining body repair equipment. Daily responsibilities include performing troubleshooting and repairs, providing technical support to clients, conducting preventive maintenance, and explaining equipment functionality to customers. Clear communication, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols are critical to the successful execution of the role.
Qualifications
- Technical expertise in equipment installation, maintenance, and repair
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and provide effective solutions
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in using repair and diagnostic tools
- Capacity to work independently and manage on-site responsibilities efficiently
- Prior experience in the automobile or body repair industry is an advantage
- Diploma or Technical certification in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering preferred
