Field Service Supervisor

This is a full-time, on-site Field Service Supervisor role based in Rajkot. Responsibilities include overseeing and coordinating daily field service operations, providing training and supervision to field technicians, ensuring timely equipment maintenance and repair, and resolving customer service issues effectively. The supervisor will also monitor performance metrics, ensure compliance with safety standards, and serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing their technical concerns.

• Mechanical or technical skills related to construction and mining equipment, including maintenance, repair, and operation
• Strong abilities in team supervision, delegation, and performance management
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and record-keeping
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Mechanics, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in field service operations or equipment management is a plus
• Willingness to work on-site and travel as needed
