Key Responsibilities
- Provide field support services for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of instruments such as Control Valves, On/Off Valves, Positioners, and Electrical Actuators.
- Demonstrate devices and provide technical support to customers.
- Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and provide quick resolutions.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through reliable after-sales support.
- Ensure proper documentation of service activities and customer interactions.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong technical knowledge of instrumentation and control devices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving attitude with adaptability under pressure.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
