Field Service Engineer-North Gujarat-Mehsana

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend breakdown calls and provide on-site technical support.
• Perform installation, preventive maintenance, and calibration of Videojet equipment.
• Raise requests for parts and close transactions under Warranty, CAMP, or Chargeable.
• Promote service contracts and consumables to customers.
• Demonstrate products and impart training to customers.
• Update service reports in Oracle and maintain accurate documentation.
• Identify parts requirements, obtain quotes, and manage purchase orders.
• Identify potential equipment requirements and generate service leads for the sales team.
• Apply critical thinking and technical expertise to resolve customer issues within defined procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
