Field Service Engineer

Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections, routine maintenance, and repairs of fuel dispensers and other equipment at retail outstations such as petrol pumps.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults to minimize equipment downtime.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and commissioning of new equipment in compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Provide technical support and solutions to customers, addressing service-related queries and improving overall customer satisfaction.
• Follow all industry safety protocols and ensure strict compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Document service work including inspection reports, repair logs, and maintenance records for management review.
• Attend training programs to stay updated on product knowledge, technical skills, and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as project managers and senior engineers, to coordinate and execute field service tasks efficiently.
• Uphold company policies related to safety, quality, and environmental guidelines in all field operations.
