Global product technical support for technology centers and factories.
Perform feasibilitystudyto create changes as per the requirements in Problem Report raised by cross-functional teams.
Make the changes as the Product Change Request (PCR) or Customer Specific Change (CSC).
Create 3D models and 2D drawings proficiently for HV GIS components usingCreotool.Alsohaveexperience ofworking withWindchillPLM system.
Create & modify BOM in SAP.
Follow& maintainthe standard procedure of change management for every workflow.
Perform tolerance chain calculation.
Perform burst pressure analysis for pressurevesseland basic dielectric calculations.
Participates constructively within team discussion. Sharesowntechnical knowledge and support colleagues in applying processes and tools to ensuretimelyand high-quality results.
Shows solid documentation skills andwritestechnical reports independently.
Involve and generatesolutionfor Design to Value activities.
Create developmentreport, analysisreport, assembly & test instruction, etc.
Perform root cause analysis.
Coordination with various cross functional stakeholders.
YourResponsibilities:
Field Service Engineering work is focused onprovidingtechnical advice to customers including commissioning, installing, and testing of products/equipment at site across India
Identifyingand correcting more complex problems associated with start-up
Train customers on the features of the equipment they havepurchasedat Factory or site
Researching, evaluating, and recommending new products or equipment upgrades that will meet customer needs
Developingon-goingrelationships with customers to secure future business.
Troubleshoot and Overhauling of the breaker
Your Background
Diploma Electrical /B.E.Electrical,
2to3years ofExperience.
Practical application of digital tools and data to support customer interactions, service execution, and issue resolution.
Proficiencyin both spoken & written English language isrequired
