Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Field Service Engineer. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for conducting on-site field service operations, troubleshooting technical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and providing timely technical support. The role involves regular interaction with clients to address technical concerns and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams to enhance service quality and efficiency is also a key aspect of this position.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Field Service operations and experience with conducting on-site service support
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and offering Technical Support to resolve customer issues effectively
- Experience with Preventive Maintenance to ensure optimal functionality of equipment
- Excellent Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in remote settings and adapt to dynamic challenges
- Prior experience in service-related roles, preferably in logistics, technology, or banking industries, is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant technical or engineering discipline
