Field Service Engineer,

Conduct onsite installation, commissioning, and maintenance of our products at customer sites. Diagnose technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions to ensure the smooth operation of equipment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical problems and escalate issues when necessary. Execute regular preventive maintenance routines to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and service requests, maintaining open communication channels to manage expectations and provide updates. Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, including service reports, logs, and IQ,OQ & PQ of the instruments. Train customers on the proper use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of products, empowering them to maximize the benefits of our offerings. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or recommending additional products/services based on customer needs. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and technological advancements to provide informed technical support. Adhere to company guidelines and protocols while working onsite, ensuring a safe environment for both customers and colleagues
