PS(Bioprocessing) Field Service Engineer, India Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Job type: On field Work allocation: upto 80% on field work Work hours - 40 hours a week. Reporting to: Field Service supervisor, India Location: Hyderabad Educational

Qualification: BE Instrumentation/Electronics/Computer Science Professional Experience: Experience on handling Installation, qualification, and maintenance of hardware systems in pharmaceutical and Biopharmaceutical industry. Candidates with relevant experience on electrical and automation systems would get preference. Preferred industry experience - 4 years + .

Job responsibilities:

. Installation and Maintenance of all the hardware systems marketed by Process Solutions division in Indian subcontinent.

o Primary area of coverage - Hyderabad, Vizag. o Secondary area of coverage - Rest of India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Nepal.

. Installation of Semi-automated and Fully automated process equipment's like, Single and Multiuse chromatography systems/TFF/NFF systems, Integrity testers, Single Use Bioreactor etc.

. Collaboration: Work closely with Manufacturing, sales and sales support teams to meet the customer expectations on service deliverables.

. On time delivery of services: To ensure service delivery timelines and commitments to our customer are met.

. Compliance: Ensure all the service support activities are performed aligning with client internal policies and processes and that there are no deviations in the same.

. Utilise Software tools: Effectively use tools like Service Max, SFDC, Office 365, Outlook for all service support tasks and reporting.

. Promote Field Service business: Promote client products and services, as may be applicable, for generation of additional business for client.

. Reporting: Ensure all reporting related to service support activities is documented, maintained, and reported as per requirement. Tools and resources available o Laptop with internet connectivity. o Access to tools like - Service Max, SFDC, Office 365, Outlook, Catalyst, Concur, PR portal
