Roles & Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers through field sales activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with merchants, vendors, and business partners.
• Source customers for financial products and assist in the onboarding process.
• Achieve assigned sales targets through regular field visits.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
• Maintain daily sales and customer interaction records.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:

• loan sourcing and disbursement
• Merchant acquisition
• B2B field sales

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B or field sales.
• Experience working directly with merchants, vendors, or ground-level customers.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to achieve sales targets.
