Field Sales Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Field Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, coordinating sales operations, and meeting sales targets. You will engage with potential and existing clients, present tailored solutions, and address their needs to build trust and foster long-term partnerships. Additionally, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute actively to the organization's growth through innovative sales strategies and market insight.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively build relationships and address client concerns professionally.
• Proven skills in Sales and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify opportunities and convert them into successful deals.
• Experience in Sales Operations, including maintaining records, managing sales pipelines, and achieving targets.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of the solar industry or related fields is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite is a plus.
