Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Specialist based in Chandigarh. The Field Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating sales opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and engaging in sales operations to achieve business goals. The role involves interacting with potential clients to understand their needs, providing tailored insurance solutions, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the engagement process.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
• Proficiency in Sales, Lead Generation, and Sales Operations to drive revenue and meet targets.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with the ability to work in an on-site, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver tailored solutions to meet customer requirements.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is a plus.

Salary Range :- 2.55 LPA - 4.5 LPA plus incentives.
