Role Description

The Field Sales Specialist at NetBazaar.com will play an integral role in expanding the company's presence and empowering local businesses to achieve success. As a part of the team, you will generate and nurture leads, foster relationships with prospects, close sales deals, and guide clients in increasing their business visibility on the NetBazaar digital platform. You will provide exceptional customer service and communicate the value of NetBazaar's products effectively to small business owners. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to interact effectively with small business owners and address their needs.
  • Sales and Lead Generation skills to drive new client acquisition and develop profitable relationships.
  • Experience in Sales Operations to track and optimize sales processes and results.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in local languages is a plus.
  • Prior experience in technology solutions, e-commerce, or retail industries is desirable.
