Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Specialist, based in Pune Division.
The Field Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, building strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.
The role involves driving sales activities, managing customer accounts, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.
Collaboration with internal teams and creating reports on sales performance will also be part of daily responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively
- Proven expertise in Sales, including lead generation and building customer relationships
- Experience in Sales Operations, including contract negotiation, account management, and reporting
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a field-oriented environment
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
