Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Representative role based in Ahmedabad. The Field Sales Representative will visit customers and prospects to present electrical products and solutions, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable offerings. Responsibilities include generating leads, managing a sales pipeline, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating pricing and terms, and closing sales to meet revenue targets. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and corporate clients, gathering market intelligence, and reporting sales activities and forecasts to the sales manager. The representative will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, after-sales support, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in field sales, business development, and client relationship management within industrial, electrical, or related sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the capacity to explain technical products in clear, customer-friendly terms.
• Proficiency in basic sales reporting, territory management, and use of CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Comfort with frequent on-site customer visits, travel within the region, and working independently to achieve sales targets.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a diploma or degree in Engineering, Electrical, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in electrical products, industrial equipment, or B2B sales is an advantage.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and uphold safety and quality standards in all customer interactions.
