We are looking for a Field Sales Representative to join our team in Varanasi.

The candidate will visit schools, meet school owners and principals, explain our products, give product demos, generate leads, and bring new customers.

• Visit schools across Varanasi

• Meet school owners, principals, and staff

• Explain our company and products

• Give product demos and presentations

• Generate new leads and customers

• Follow up with interested schools

• Build good relationships with schools

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Share daily work updates with the team

12th Pass / Graduate

Good understanding of English

Good Hindi communication skills

Good speaking and convincing skills

Basic computer and internet knowledge

Must have a laptop in good working condition

Must have a bike/two-wheeler

Ready to travel across Varanasi

Freshers can apply

Sales experience is an advantage

Fixed salary: 12,000–15,000/month

Variable pay: 2.5 Lakh–3.6 Lakh/year

Official travel/bike expenses covered

Room/stay facility when required for official work
