Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Navi Mumbai for a Field Sales Representative. The role involves interacting with healthcare professionals to promote and sell TatvaCare's products, identifying and acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The representative will conduct market research, meet sales targets, provide product demonstrations, and gather customer feedback to improve services. They will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in client acquisition, sales strategy, and achieving sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities
- Experience in conducting market research and analyzing customer needs
- Comfortable with providing product demonstrations and resolving client queries
- Knowledge of healthcare services or SaaS products is a plus
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
