Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Field Sales Representative to join our dedicated team. This hybrid role, based in Dhaniakhali with remote work flexibility, involves generating leads, engaging with potential and existing dealers, and developing sales strategies to increase revenue. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting TARMAC EV's product range, presenting tailored solutions to clients, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with business partners.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in sales and business development, focusing on generating leads and building strong client relationships.
• Ability to conduct market research, analyze competitor strategies, and develop effective sales techniques.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with partners and stakeholders.
• Understanding of the electric vehicle industry and knowledge of the Indian automobile market is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in CRM and other sales tracking tools is an advantage.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel as required for client meetings and dealer visits.
• Self-motivated personality with a results-driven approach to meeting sales objectives.
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
