About the Role

We're looking for a high-energy Sales Reps to lead Carakara's growth across HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés), general trade, institutions, gyms, wellness channels, and airports. This role requires strong negotiation, deep relationship management, and the ability to drive both volume and premium visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own sales targets across HoReCa, General Trade (MT), and alternate channels in the assigned territory
  • Manage and expand partnerships with GT stores, cafés, gyms, hotels, QSRs, co-working spaces, and institutional clients.
  • Handle listings, vendor registrations, JBP, planograms, visibility, and promotions in MT chains.
  • Identify and onboard new alternate channels—boutique wellness stores, fitness studios, hotel cafés, and airport retailers.
  • Conduct training for retail staff on product features and functional ingredients.
  • Track sell-in, sell-out, and execute data-driven growth plans across each account.
  • Collaborate with brand team for sampling activations, trials, and premium visibility programs.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years in FMCG/beverages/HoReCa/GT sales.
  • Strong network across Delhi NCR premium outlets.
  • Analytical, relationship-driven, and excellent at premium channel negotiation.
