Role Description
We are seeking a Field Sales Representative for a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and develop new business opportunities, build and nurture client relationships, and drive sales growth for CADFEM APAC's solutions and services. The Field Sales Representative will be expected to meet sales targets, create presentations, analyze market trends, collaborate with internal teams, and provide excellent customer support.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Sales Pipeline Management
- Understanding of numerical simulation, engineering software, or related technologies
- Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building Skills
- Ability to adapt to market trends and identify emerging opportunities
- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Experience in industries such as aerospace, automotive, electronics, or healthcare is preferred
