Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Field Sales Representative for a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru. As part of the sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads, developing relationships with healthcare professionals, promoting Ayati Devices diabetic foot screener, and closing sales. Additional tasks include conducting demonstrations, addressing customer inquiries, and providing post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction. You will also work closely with the internal team to improve sales strategies and meet business objectives.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Sales skills including lead generation, prospecting, and customer relationship management.
  • Understanding of healthcare or medical devices, with a focus on solutions for diabetes care being advantageous.
  • Proficiency in negotiation and the ability to close sales opportunities effectively.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site in Bengaluru to meet clients and facilitate product demonstrations.
  • Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
