Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Representative at AG Services in Cuttack. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting our rooftop solar and infrastructure services, engaging with customers, conducting site visits, and negotiating contracts. The role involves liaising with residential, commercial, and institutional stakeholders while understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining lasting customer relationships will be key priorities.

Qualifications
  • Sales and negotiation skills with experience in client acquisition and relationship building.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey service benefits to potential clients.
  • Basic understanding of solar energy systems, electrical infrastructure, or an interest in the renewable energy sector.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address client concerns and provide suitable solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple on-site visits and customer engagements efficiently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic digital tools for reporting and customer management.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel within Odisha for field visits.
  • Previous experience in sales, renewable energy, or infrastructure projects would be an advantage.
