Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Officer at our Bengaluru location. The role involves identifying potential clients, building strong business relationships, and promoting the company's residential properties. The Field Sales Officer will conduct site visits, address customer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service to meet sales targets. Collaborating with internal teams and maintaining detailed sales records will also be part of the daily responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Client Relations and Customer Service
- Experience in Sales and Business Relationship Management
- Strong Communication skills, including interpersonal and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local real estate markets and property trends is a plus
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is desirable
- Proficiency in kannada is mandatory.
