Field Sales Officer

We are hiring Sales Officers in Ahmedabad.

Sales Officer Responsibilities:

Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.

Researching prospects and generating leads.

Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.

Generate Primary Orders and achieve targets

Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.

Managing the sales process through specific software programs.

Scheduling & managing daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets meetings.

To look after a defined territory (HQ & Surrounding Areas)

To visit retailer market regularly as per the beat plan

Joint working and training your Sales Executives on Sales and Field Assist App

Identify and add new market potential

Should be done min. 35-40 visit on the day of retailing

Competitors update

Identifying new business opportunities in retailer sales and converting them into client

To give secondary orders to distributor

To keep track of dispatches from distributor to retailer must have good communication skill

Motivating the team in achieving target

Experience in distributor handling

Should have experience in field sales

Ability to negotiate

Basic understanding of marketing & product demonstration

Good decision making and fast learner

Should be passionate about sales experience in FMCG is preferred

Must have two wheeler with driving license
