Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new Current and Savings Accounts (CASA) from the branch's catchment area through field visits and referrals
  • Source high-value Recurring Deposit (RD) and Fixed Deposit (FD) accounts from existing and new customers
  • Drive activation of newly opened accounts, ensuring early usage of UPI, debit cards, and mobile banking features
  • Cross-sell insurance, credit cards, and other third-party financial products
  • Participate actively in branch-level events, migration activities, and micro-marketing campaigns to increase visibility and leads
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely service

Requirements

  • Educational Qualification: Any Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years in field sales or banking sales roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented
  • Willingness to work in a field-intensive, fast-paced banking environment

Preferred Attributes

  • Prior experience in CASA sales, retail deposits, or insurance cross-selling
  • Familiarity with core banking systems, KYC, and digital banking tools
  • Ability to build long-term relationships and manage customer portfolios
