Key Responsibilities:
Visit and review construction sites across Hyderabad on a regular basis
Identify potential new construction sites for business development
Track and report which TMT brands are being used at various sites
Monitor assigned/converted sites to ensure continued usage of Radha TMT products
Report any deviations where competitor products are being used at dedicated sites
Build relationships with contractors, site engineers, and builders
Share daily/weekly field reports with the Sales Manager
Provide market feedback, competitor insights, and pricing trends
Support the sales team in lead generation and conversion
Key Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of experience in retail/field sales (preferably in
construction/building materials)
Graduate in any discipline
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as a team player
Willingness to travel extensively within Hyderabad
Basic knowledge of construction industry will be an added advantage
