Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Field Sales Officer specializing in the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés) sector. The Field Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining and strengthening relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. They will generate leads, present the portfolio of wines, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction while working to achieve sales targets and promoting the brand's presence in the market.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Client Relations, Business Relationship Management, and Sales to identify and nurture business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication to build trust and deliver excellent support to HORECA clients.
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Familiarity with the wine industry or beverage sector is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work on-site and travel within assigned business areas in Mumbai.
