Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Officer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with clients in their designated territory. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about sales and eager to develop their careers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and customers in the assigned territory.
  • Conduct regular visits to potential and existing clients to promote products and services.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the management.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to clients.
  • Gather market intelligence and report on competitor activities and customer feedback.
  • Participate in trade shows and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Provide after-sales support to clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
