Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Officer. Field Sales Officer will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and promote Adtech's electronic security solutions to prospective and existing customers. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, understanding customer security requirements, and collaborating with technical teams to propose tailored solutions. The role will also involve preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating terms, closing deals, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. In addition, will monitor market trends, track competitor activities, and provide feedback to internal stakeholders to support product positioning and strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
  • Ability to understand technical security solutions and translate them into clear value propositions for clients.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service orientation, with a focus on long-term partnerships.
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities.
  • Comfort working on-site with clients in Chennai and willingness to travel within the region as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiarity with electronic security products (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office productivity software for reporting, forecasting, and documentation.
