Job Summary
The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, handling client relationships, meeting architects/builders/contractors, and achieving revenue targets for premium aluminium windows and doors solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through field sales and market visits
- Build relationships with architects, builders, contractors, façade consultants, and interior designers
- Conduct product presentations and site visits
- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate quotations and follow-ups with internal teams
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Track market trends and competitor activity
- Manage sales reporting and pipeline updates
Required Skills
- Strong experience in field sales & business development
- Knowledge of:
- Aluminium doors & windows
- Architectural/decorative glass
- Building materials industry
- Good network with architects/builders/developers
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Target-oriented and self-driven approach
Preferred Experience
- 4–9 years in field sales/project sales
- Experience in construction/building materials/interior products preferred
- MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred
