Job Title: Field Sales Manager / Executive

Job Summary

The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, handling client relationships, meeting architects/builders/contractors, and achieving revenue targets for premium aluminium windows and doors solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through field sales and market visits
  • Build relationships with architects, builders, contractors, façade consultants, and interior designers
  • Conduct product presentations and site visits
  • Develop and execute sales strategies
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate quotations and follow-ups with internal teams
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Track market trends and competitor activity
  • Manage sales reporting and pipeline updates
Required Skills
  • Strong experience in field sales & business development
  • Knowledge of:
  • Aluminium doors & windows
  • Architectural/decorative glass
  • Building materials industry
  • Good network with architects/builders/developers
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Leadership and team management abilities
  • Target-oriented and self-driven approach
Preferred Experience
  • 4–9 years in field sales/project sales
  • Experience in construction/building materials/interior products preferred
  • MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred
