JOB SUMMARY
Schon is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Manager to drive sales growth, manage channel partners, acquire new customers, and strengthen market presence in assigned territories. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with the ability to achieve business targets in a competitive environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSales & Business Development
- Develop and execute field sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, dealers, distributors, retailers, and institutional clients.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term customers.
- Increase market penetration and brand visibility in assigned territories.
- Conduct field visits, client meetings, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, architects, contractors, and key customers.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and complaints.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Team Management
- Supervise and guide field sales executives and support staff.
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
- Conduct regular training, mentoring, and performance reviews.
Market Analysis
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Collect customer feedback and share market intelligence with management.
- Recommend strategies for business expansion and product positioning.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and collections.
- Ensure timely submission of expense statements and field reports.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
