Swalook Global Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Field Sales Representatives to sell its Salon CRM & Business Management Software to salons, spas, beauty clinics, and wellness businesses.
This is a 100% field sales role. Your primary responsibility is to visit salons every day, demonstrate our software, generate qualified prospects, and convert them into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit 8–10 salons every working day in your assigned territory.
- Generate at least 5 qualified leads (buying intent) every day.
- Conduct live product demonstrations of Swalook Salon Software for salon owners and decision-makers.
- Explain product features, pricing, and business benefits.
- Negotiate and close new software subscriptions.
- Achieve a minimum of 15 sales closures every month.
- Maintain accurate daily records of salon visits, qualified leads, product demos, follow-ups, and sales closures.
- Build strong relationships with salon owners and develop referrals within the salon community.
- Share competitor and market feedback with the management team.
Daily Performance Expectations
- ✅ 8–10 salon visits every day
- ✅ 5 qualified leads with genuine buying intent every day
- ✅ Multiple product demonstrations daily
- ✅ Regular follow-ups with interested prospects
- ✅ Minimum 15 software sales every month
Who Should ApplyMandatory
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Comfortable with daily field travel
- Own a two-wheeler and smartphone
- Self-motivated and target-driven
Preferred (Strong Advantage)
Candidates with experience in any of the following:
- Selling Salon Software / Salon CRM
- SaaS or Software Field Sales
- POS/Billing Software Sales
- Beauty or Professional Salon Product Sales
- Salon Equipment Sales
- Existing network of salon owners, spas, or wellness businesses
Compensation
Performance-based earnings:
- ₹20,000/month on achieving ₹1,00,000 in monthly sales.
- ₹50,000/month on achieving ₹2,00,000 in monthly sales.
- 20% commission on all sales above ₹2,00,000 per month.
- Uncapped incentives for high performers.
