JOB SUMMARY
Schon is seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Field Sales Manager for the Hyderabad region to drive sales growth in Aluminium Doors, Windows, Partitions, and Architectural Solutions. The candidate will be responsible for business development, client acquisition, dealer management, and market expansion across Hyderabad and surrounding regions.
The ideal candidate should possess strong field sales experience in aluminium profiles, building materials, architectural products, fenestration systems, or related industries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the Hyderabad territory.
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, references, cold calling, and market networking.
- Promote aluminium doors, windows, partitions, glazing systems, and related products to customers.
- Develop and expand dealer, distributor, builder, contractor, and architect networks.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with clients.
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, fabricators, interior designers, and institutional clients.
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Maintain long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Market Development
- Identify new projects, construction activities, and upcoming business opportunities in Hyderabad.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Recommend sales strategies and promotional activities to increase market share.
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with production, operations, and installation teams for smooth project execution.
- Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and pipeline updates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, collections, and follow-ups.
Collection & Payment Follow-Up
- Ensure timely payment collection from customers.
- Coordinate with accounts and management for outstanding dues recovery.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred.
- Minimum [X] years of experience in field sales, preferably in aluminium, UPVC, building materials, construction products, or architectural solutions industry.
