Achieve Sales Targets

  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
  • Monitor territory-wise sales performance
  • Increase product distribution and market share

Manage Field Sales Team

  • Supervise Sales Officers / Territory Sales Executives
  • Assign targets and routes
  • Conduct daily reviews and performance tracking
  • Train and motivate the sales team

Distributor & Retailer Management

  • Appoint and manage distributors
  • Build strong relationships with wholesalers and retailers
  • Ensure stock availability and timely replenishment

Market Expansion

  • Identify new business opportunities and new outlets
  • Expand product penetration in urban and rural markets
  • Launch new products in assigned territories

Execution in Market

  • Ensure visibility of products in stores
  • Monitor merchandising and promotional activities
  • Check competitor pricing, schemes, and activities

Sales Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
  • Analyze sales data and market trends
  • Forecast demand and plan sales strategies

Customer Relationship Management

  • Resolve retailer/distributor complaints
  • Maintain long-term business relationships
  • Ensure customer satisfaction

Coordination with Internal Teams

  • Work with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns and stock planning
