The Area Sales Manager will play a key front-line role in driving Fitelo's growth by building and nurturing strong relationships with doctors across the assigned territory. This role is ideal for a proactive, field-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment and is motivated by making a real impact in healthcare accessibility.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding new doctors within the assigned territory.
- Retaining onboarded doctors and building long-term professional relationships.
- Managing and taking complete ownership of the assigned territory.
- Driving patient conversion through effective collaboration with doctors.
- Conducting Continuous Medical Education (CME) sessions and in-clinic (OPD) camps.
- Making 6-7 field visits daily and engaging with a minimum of 5-6 doctors per day.
- Attempting outreach to 10-12 doctors daily to meet conversion targets.
- Representing Fitelo professionally in front of doctors and healthcare partners.
- Working closely with internal teams to support business development goals.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in doctor or patient onboarding (gynaecology background preferred).
- Mandatory field sales experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High energy, resilience, and comfort working in a high-growth startup environment.
- Willingness to relocate to the assigned territory.
- A valid driving license, access to a two-wheeler, and an Android smartphone.
- A proactive, result-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Any graduate, preferably from a pharmaceutical school.
