Job Description

Job Title: Senior Field Sales Executive – Pharma

Location: Lucknow (Field-Based)

Experience: 5–10 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Field Sales professional to drive on-ground business development and product approvals across government hospitals and healthcare institutions in Lucknow (majorly government hospitals).

This is a fully field-based role requiring strong local market understanding, relationship-building capability, and experience in navigating government healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive field sales activities across Lucknow and nearby regions.
  • Visit government hospitals, medical institutions, and healthcare centers for product approvals and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including doctors, procurement teams, and hospital authorities.
  • Identify opportunities for product placement and expansion within the assigned territory.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, approvals, and follow-ups.
  • Track market activity, competitor presence, and provide regular field insights.
  • Ensure consistent follow-through on leads and conversion opportunities
  • Work independently while aligning with senior leadership on a periodic basis

Candidate Profile

  • 5–10 years of experience in medical device field sales (mandatory)
  • Strong exposure to government hospital sales / institutional sales
  • Proven track record in relationship management and on-ground execution
  • Good understanding of approval processes within public healthcare systems
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working in a remote/field-first setup
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

Location & Working Model

  • Location: Lucknow (Local candidates preferred)
  • Work Model: Fully field-based (no daily office reporting required)
  • Periodic in-person alignment with senior team (monthly / bi-monthly, as required)
