Job Description

Job Title: Sr. Sales Executive – Field Sales

Experience Required:5–6 Years in Construction Material Sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct field visits to real estate developers, contractors, builders, and prospective clients.
  • Generate new business opportunities and onboard potential clients.
  • Promote and sell company products or building materials to clients.
  • Take orders from clients and ensure proper documentation of requirements.
  • Coordinate with the internal teams regarding order processing and fulfilment.
  • Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and client requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.
  • Prepare daily visit reports and sales activity updates.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in Construction Material Sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and handle field sales activities independently.
  • Proficient in follow-ups, coordination, and order management.
  • Must be comfortable traveling between Thane and CSMT on a regular basis.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Candidate with existing network/connections in the Construction Material Sales industry will be preferred.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling pressure.
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Need a bike for travelling with valid licence.
