Job Title: Sr. Sales Executive – Field Sales
Experience Required:5–6 Years in Construction Material Sales
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to real estate developers, contractors, builders, and prospective clients.
- Generate new business opportunities and onboard potential clients.
- Promote and sell company products or building materials to clients.
- Take orders from clients and ensure proper documentation of requirements.
- Coordinate with the internal teams regarding order processing and fulfilment.
- Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.
- Prepare daily visit reports and sales activity updates.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in Construction Material Sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market.
- Ability to manage client relationships and handle field sales activities independently.
- Proficient in follow-ups, coordination, and order management.
- Must be comfortable traveling between Thane and CSMT on a regular basis.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidate with existing network/connections in the Construction Material Sales industry will be preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling pressure.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Need a bike for travelling with valid licence.
