Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and enroll customers in our chit fund schemes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new subscribers, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through field visits and direct marketing activities.

• Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, referrals, and local market campaigns.
• Explain chit fund schemes, benefits, terms, and payment schedules to prospective customers.
• Enroll new members and complete all required documentation accurately.
• Collect customer information and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage renewals and referrals.
