### Job Responsibilities

1. Generate new business leads through field visits, networking, and other sources.

2. Identify and approach potential clients and business owners.

3. Schedule and conduct meetings with business owners to promote company services.

4. Explain the company's products and services to prospective clients.

5. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.

6. Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities.

7. Achieve assigned lead-generation and sales targets.

8. Share daily work updates and lead-generation reports with the reporting manager.

### Eligibility & Requirements

- Undergraduate or Graduate candidates can apply.

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Ability to generate leads and approach new clients.

- Must be comfortable meeting business owners and conducting field visits.

- Must have a personal bike for local travel.

- Must have a personal laptop and stable Wi-Fi connection.

- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
