Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Sales Executive based in Erode, with the flexibility of occasional remote work. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and driving sales of TrucksUp's services. Daily tasks include meeting prospective customers, pitching products, negotiating contracts, and achieving set sales targets. The role also involves gathering market insights, providing feedback to internal teams, and staying updated on industry trends to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Sales Skills: Experience in client relationship development, contract negotiation, and achieving sales targets.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and effective presentation abilities.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with logistics, transportation, and supply chain processes is highly advantageous.
  • Adaptability and Teamwork: Capability to work in a hybrid model and collaborate effectively with remote and local teams.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of AI-driven solutions, CRM software, and standard business tools like Microsoft Office.
  • Additional Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Prior experience in B2B sales or logistics is preferred.
