Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive to drive sales growth by building strong customer relationships, promoting products, and achieving sales targets. The role involves direct interaction with clients, market development, and reporting on field activities to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and target potential customers in the assigned territory.
Promote products/services and present solutions to meet customer needs.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Collect customer feedback and report field insights to the sales team.
Prepare sales reports, maintain CRM updates, and track daily activities.
Qualifications Skills
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
15 years of experience in field sales, B2B or B2C sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Target-driven, motivated, and result-oriented mindset.
