Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Field Sales Executives/Sr. Field Sales Executives/Team Leaders based in Dehradun. The role involves driving and achieving sales targets by promoting Paytm Payment Gateway products and services to merchants. Responsibilities include identifying potential business clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, delivering product presentations, and ensuring successful onboarding of customers. Team Leaders will oversee and mentor team members while managing sales operations effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Development, Sales strategies, and managing client relationships
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Ability to conduct Market Analysis and Targeting for a competitive edge
- Experience in Team Leadership and Coordination (for Team Leader role)
- Understanding of digital payment solutions and fintech market is an advantage
- Adaptability, result-oriented mindset, and a self-motivated approach
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
