We are a full-stack D2C residential solar brand designing, installing, maintaining (after-sales), and financing solar systems for homeowners across India.

Role Overview:

As a Solar Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales, building long-term customer relationships, and enabling the adoption of solar energy by households. The role demands strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Individual Contributor

Base Location: Bhopal/Gwalior

Education: Any Graduate

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build business by organizing sales visits for existing leads, identifying and selling prospects, and maintaining client relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities, channels, and channel partners.
  • Establish contact with prospects, develop relationships, and upsell solutions.
  • Provide client support, guidance, and recommend profit/service improvements.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process using CRM/software tools.

Cross-Functional Responsibilities:

  • Enable and support on-ground marketing events.
  • Build and maintain a CRM database.
  • Actively participate in sales team meetings.

Key Competencies:

Customer-focused with a positive attitude and ability to perform in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Strong communication (verbal & written), presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven sales, negotiation, and customer service abilities.

Problem-solving mindset with adaptability and stakeholder management skills.

Preferably with geographical knowledge and/or academic background in science.

Travel Requirements:

Willingness to travel as required.

Flexibility to stretch based on business needs.
