Role Description

The Field Sales Executive will play a vital role in driving the adoption of solar energy solutions. This full-time, on-site role, based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, involves identifying potential clients, conducting sales presentations, generating leads, and closing deals for residential and commercial rooftop solar installation projects. The Field Sales Executive will also coordinate with the technical team, provide clients with insights on customized solutions, and ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in lead generation, client acquisition, and sales strategy development.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Basic understanding of solar energy systems and the renewable energy sector; technical training will be provided as needed.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure in a competitive environment.
  • Proficiency in local languages, along with written and spoken English, is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with the local market in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar is considered an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Relevant sales experience will also be considered.
  • Willingness to travel locally and regionally as required by the role.
